How to use:
When first opening the tube: Check that the seal is not broken.
To break the seal, press it against the point hidden in the top of the cap.
Adults, the elderly and children over 14 years: Squeeze 4 to 10cm (i.e. 1.6 to 4 inches) of gel from the tube and lightly rub into the affected area until absorbed then wash your hands straight away. The amount of gel squeezed would be equivalent to 50 to 125 mg of Ibuprofen.Features

Do not use:
If you are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredients of the product
If you have asthma, allergic runny nose (rhinitis) or itchy, red, raised skin rash (urticaria) and have ever had a bad reaction to aspirin, ibuprofen or other NSAIDs in the past
On broken, damaged, diseased or infected skin
If you are under 14 years of age, unless your doctor tells you to
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless your doctor tells you to
Talk to your doctor if your symptoms worsen or if there is no improvement after use.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Do not apply it more than 4 times in 24 hours. Do not reapply more gel within 4 hours. Do not use it on broken or inflamed skin, on the lips or near eyes.
