How to take Berocca Boost?
Take 1 tablet per day. Simply dissolve in a glass or bottle of water to make a great tasting and refreshing effervescent drink. Berocca Boost is best taken when you've hit a bit of a lull and need a little kick (guarana & caffeine increase alertness and concentration). It can be taken every day throughout the year but should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

What is Berocca Boost?
Berocca Boost is packed with vitamins and minerals. It also contains caffeine, plus guarana, a plant native to the Amazon basin, which is a natural herbal stimulant. Vitamins B6 and B12 help reduce fatigue, whilst the guarana and caffeine give you a little kick to keep you going.

Do not swallow or chew the tablets, they're designed to be dissolved in water
Do not take in combination with ephedrine, ephedra or other stimulants

Keep out of the sight and reach of young children
Contains 75 mg caffeine per tablet.
Not recommended for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women

Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful.

Do not store above 25 C, keep the tube tightly closed
