Doorstep Pharmacy Returns Policy

 

 

In the event that you should need to return any goods purchased from us, please  contact us immediately and inform us of your decision. We will then send you a Returned Goods Note which you should complete with all the relevant order details. If your goods are accepted for return, we will issue you a Returns Authorisation Code which you should mark clearly on your Returned Good Note, together with the goods you wish to return in the condition in which they were purchased and send the package back to us at the address marked below. Please note that once opened and or used, we cannot accept products returned to us unless the goods are faulty. We also cannot accept returns on prescription items. We do not accept liability for the carriage of returned items and we highly recommend that goods are returned to us via Recorded Delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

 

Steps to return goods:

 

  1. Call 0845-055-9562 to request a Returned Goods Note and Returns Authorisation code, or email returns@DOORSTEPpharmacy.com

 

  1. Carefully pack the items in suitable packaging and send the goods back to us in the condition in which you received them. Please do not use the original product box as packaging as this will not be safe in transit, and the value of goods damaged in transit due to irresponsible packaging on your behalf will be deducted from the amount of refund you may be due.

Please note that goods will not be accepted for return without a valid Returns Authorisation Code and we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

 

 

 

Cancellations

 

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition, this does not apply to prescription medicines. You must contact us at returns@DOORSTEPpharmacy.com before returning any items. (See Returns Policy). If you decide to cancel your order once the goods have already been shipped from our premises, please note that a handling charge may apply.

If you have sent us a prescription to dispense and then wish for us to return it to you undispensed, you will need to contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your decision and send us a reply paid envelope. Unfortunately in the event that we have already dispensed your medicines, we may not be able to return your prescription. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for cancelled prescriptions.

 

Under UK law we can only dispense prescriptions written by medical practitioners registered in the UK. We cannot guarantee the supply of any medicines sent to the USA or Canada. Please read our terms and conditions.
