WE refers to www.DOORSTEPpharmacy.com owned and operated by Doorstep Pharmacy Ltd of 2 Hobbs House, Harrovian Business Village, Bessborough Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 3EX.

 

YOU refers to yourself, ie. an individual who has submitted your personal information whilst registering online or over the telephone, or by post.

 

SITE refers to the website www.DOORSTEPpharmacy.com and all pages that comprise it.

 

 

 

  1. Your use of this site is governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  1. All services provided by the Site and other technologies are provided on a “best endeavours” basis.

 

  1. We shall not be held responsible for any failure of third party companies’ inability to deliver products or medicines to the correct address or within any particular time or date. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines but any signature provided by third parties at the delivery address given by yourself will be deemed to be receipt of the medicines and fulfilment of Doorstep Pharmacy’s obligations.

 

  1. Doorstep Pharmacy and its directors or related companies shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from use of this Site.

Any links on this Site to other sites are provided for your interest only and Doorstep Pharmacy Ltd has no control over the content provided by external sites and shall accept no responsibility or liability for their content. Links from www.DOORSTEPpharmacy.com to any other external site does not imply any endorsement of content.

Once an order has been placed, the transaction is processed at the premises of Doorstep Pharmacy Ltd by our registered pharmacists who are members of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. The full contact details of the superintendent pharmacist are available on the Site at all times.

 

  1. This Site should be regarded as an invitation to treat. Any order placed by a customer is an offer to purchase, which Doorstep Pharmacy may accept or decline in its absolute discretion without having to give a reason. A confirmation email is notification that we have received your offer on our Site. A contract is deemed to be made at the point of a sales invoice being issued by Doorstep Pharmacy Ltd, following the legal dispensing or checking of the order by a pharmacist.

 

  1. Doorstep Pharmacy uses the Royal Mail wherever possible for the delivery of orders. Delivery charges vary and can be found displayed on the Delivery Policy section of the Site. Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery is the normal means of dispatching deliveries and your orders can take up to 2/3 working days to reach you. Orders above £45 are delivered for no charge and we may agree to send your packages by Special Delivery for an extra fee to guarantee arrival of goods on a certain day or next day delivery.   1. Doorstep Pharmacy will not be held responsible for lost parcels due to an incorrect delivery address having been supplied by you or someone acting on your behalf. Delivery addresses cannot be amended once the goods have been shipped.

 

  1. With respect to the supply of medicines to the United States of America, you understand that this supply is subject to the control of the United States Customs and the Food and Drug Administration as they cross the USA border which may result in delay or non-delivery of your order. Doorstep Pharmacy will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered under these circumstances. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to prepare for any delays that may occur in obtaining your order from Doorstep Pharmacy, and further that in the event of the United States Customs seizing your order, the cost of the order and any duties will be born by you in full.

 

  1. We will make every effort to replace any damaged products. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or cancellations of medicine or personal hygiene and or toiletry products which have been used or where the packaging is opened or where the seals are broken. Where the goods are still in their original packaging and seals are unbroken we will endeavour to refund your money if you abide with our returns policy in full.

 

  1. We do not accept returns for prescription medication where the prescription has been dispensed solely for yourself in accordance with a prescription you have provided to us to dispense and deliver to you.

 

  1. You understand that Doorstep Pharmacy may share your contact and private health and medical details with other healthcare professionals working in association with Doorstep Pharmacy from time to time, solely in order to fulfil your order of prescription only medicines or other medical products. Your personal medical information and private contact details will not be made available to any other third party.  Please see Privacy Policy for more details.

 

  1. You understand that the prescription collection and delivery service for National Health Service prescriptions is a free delivery service and you only pay for the items on the prescription if you are not eligible for exemption by the NHS. In that event, the normal NHS prescription charges apply per item.

 

  1. Doorstep Pharmacy reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £10 per prescription if you choose to cancel the prescription once you have already sent it to us. Prescriptions can only be cancelled and returned to you if the goods have not been already been dispensed on your behalf in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

  1. Doorstep Pharmacy has taken care in the preparation of the content of this Site. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, Doorstep Pharmacy disclaims all warranties of any kind with respect to the content of this Site.

 

  1. We exclude any liability whatsoever for negligence, for the content of this Site, any downloads from it, or any products sold through it, to the maximum extent permitted by the relevant law upon which any action concerning our liability for the content, downloads or products is based.

We also exclude any liability whatsoever for any negligence, deliberate act or omission or any failure to deliver any goods or services (in whole or part) by any person or company which advertises on our Site or has a link through to their website on our Site.
